Your personal details and payment references are stored using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full UPI, Paytm or PhonePe credentials — only tokenised identifiers used to match your wallet on withdrawal requests.

Data Retention Periods

Transaction logs are retained for a minimum period required under applicable law, typically up to five years. After the retention window closes, records are securely deleted unless an active dispute or regulatory inquiry requires extended hold.

Who Holds Your Data

gullybet acts as the data controller for all account information you submit. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketing firms. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be shared with platform infrastructure partners under strict data-processing agreements.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You can request a copy of your stored data, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion of your account data via the compliance email. We process verified data-change requests within 14 working days and confirm completion in writing.

Access depends entirely on the laws of your state and local jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the platform is permitted where you are located. We do not accept accounts from jurisdictions where local law explicitly prohibits such activity.

We collect your name, contact details, date of birth for age verification, and payment identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm-linked number. This data is used solely for account operation, compliance verification and payment processing — nothing else.

Email the compliance desk from your registered account email address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will verify your identity and send a full data export within 14 working days. No fee is charged for a standard request.

Yes, subject to retention obligations under applicable law. Where a regulatory hold does not apply, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Transaction records required by law remain on file for the statutory period only.
